Development milestones

  1. Delta-varint and byteplane candidates established compact integer geometry.
  2. Second-order prediction broadened the encoder search.
  3. Reallocation and linear axis/byteplane loops reduced buffer and decode overhead.
  4. Compact geometry metadata and scene-index validation completed generation 26.
  5. C and JavaScript ports added integer geometry and scene-stream preservation. JavaScript exposes scene attributes and embedded RFXL textures; browser OBJ/JSON exchange added a Three.js geometry preview.

These milestones summarize the reference module's documented development. This website describes generation 26 only.
